About the role
- Install, configure, relocate and upgrade IT equipment (desktops, laptops and peripherals), ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Log, categorize and close requests via the ticketing system, strictly meeting response time and quality SLAs.
- Asset Control: Monitor and report physical movement of IT inventory, safeguarding the company's technology assets across its various sites.
- Verify the physical integrity of the technology environment and document inventory changes resulting from field interventions.
- Actively collaborate on technology rollouts and implementation of new systems or infrastructures on a national level.
Requirements
- Technical degree in IT or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields.
- Language: English/Spanish (advantage).
