• Define and champion Going’s creative and visual identity across every channel and touchpoint.
• Lead and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and motion creatives.
• Set the creative bar by personally contributing to flagship campaigns and brand-defining projects.
• Oversee ideation and production for marketing campaigns from concept through delivery.
• Prioritize quick creative iteration, testing, and feedback cycles instead of overly complex processes.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to translate business goals into creative strategies.
• Build and refine creative processes, review systems, and feedback loops.
