About the role

  • English-fluent Sr. Microsoft Copilot Studio Dev Analyst, based in São Paulo, Brazil, available to work remotely
  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications within the Microsoft ecosystem tailored to financial industry needs
  • Build custom low-code/no-code AI solutions using Copilot Studio and related Microsoft tools
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing business processes to automate workflows and improve efficiency
  • Generate actionable insights and deliver contextual recommendations that support decision-making
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and cross-functional teams to create personalized user experiences
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry compliance requirements
  • Continuously monitor and optimize AI applications for performance, accuracy, and user adoption

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years with relevant experience in Copilot Studio Projects
  • Experience in software development and programming
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure AI
  • Experience in sales processes and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Candidates must reside in São Paulo, SP
