• Serve as the HubSpot platform specialist across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hubs
• Build, test, document, and optimize complex workflows, automations, lead scoring, and lifecycle processes
• Manage HubSpot data, including imports, hygiene, deduplication, custom properties, and migrations
• Implement and maintain integrations using Zapier, native connectors, and API/webhooks
• Create and optimize forms, landing pages, chatbots, custom reports, and dashboards

Backend Engineer

• Develop, maintain, and implement data solutions to support business objectives
• Design and scale custom internal APIs in Go and Ruby that serve as the backbone for analytics products.
• Maintain code quality and system reliability by applying backend best practices to data-heavy service.
• Create data warehouses and pipelines, such as Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.
• Implement Data Validation layers within the backend to ensure the integrity and accuracy of metrics before they reach the user.

QA Engineer

• Help the team deliver high-quality features and mitigate any regressions to the current product workflows.
• Work with the Automation QA Lead, design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
• Develop and apply tests for new and existing product features.
• Conduct occasional manual testing of stories and bugs when needed.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product owners) to identify system, requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Help build out and add to the client regression suite tactically and architecturally.
• Conduct sanity and smoke tests against the client suite of products

Automated QA Tester

• Help the team deliver high-quality features while also mitigating any regressions in current product workflows.
• Support the achievement of sprint goals and objectives.
• Participate in grooming and planning activities for each sprint cycle to help estimate the QA level of effort.
• Test the client’s suite of products and collaborate with the development, QA, and product management teams.
