About the role
- Turn centralized data into business-ready insights, dashboards, and visualizations that support decision-making across the company.
- Design, build, and enhance Power BI dashboards that present data in a clear, actionable way for leaders and stakeholders.
- Define calculations, measurements, and business logic that accurately reflect performance, trends, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with executives, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand goals and translate requests into practical analytics solutions.
- Analyze available data to uncover trends, answer business questions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help advance the organization’s analytics maturity by supporting more prescriptive and predictive use cases where appropriate.
- Make data easier to consume through tools such as Power BI, Excel, and emerging AI-enabled experiences.
- Support the refinement, optimization, and refactoring of dashboards and analytics solutions to improve usability and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Business Data Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Analyst role with a strong focus on delivering business-facing analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Working knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience partnering with business leaders or managers to gather requirements, shape analytics requests, and build data-driven roadmaps.
- Ability to link analytics to business results by identifying if requests drive acceleration, efficiency, or strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and bring a strategic mindset to a growing team.
