About the role

  • Operational management of client projects, including planning, organization and coordination, with increasing individual responsibility
  • Preparation of briefings, presentations, workshops and meetings, progressing to handling these independently over time
  • Acting as the interface between clients, creative, strategy and other internal disciplines; taking ownership of sub-projects
  • Support with cost estimates, budget monitoring and project controlling, with a gradual expansion of responsibility
  • Use of project management tools to track timelines, status lists and meeting minutes
  • Preparation and presentation of processes, costs and results; later taking on independent reporting tasks
  • Maintaining trusted client relationships and developing client understanding to provide independent consultancy

Requirements

  • Initial experience in account management, project management or an agency environment (experience in social media and influencer/creator marketing is a plus)
  • Structured, reliable and self-organized working style
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of budgets, timelines and commercial/financial relationships
  • Interest in brands, media, target audiences and digital trends
  • Team player with a willingness to learn, self-initiative and motivation to develop further in project and client leadership
