About the role
- Define marketing strategy and set direction for product understanding in the market
- Own narrative, sequencing, and prioritization
- Design and lead integrated, account-aware campaigns
- Develop a deep understanding of the Gocious platform and customer use cases
- Oversee day-to-day marketing operations and ensure quality control
- Design webinars as part of integrated campaigns
- Participate in quarterly planning with Product, Sales, and Leadership
- Own campaign-level performance analysis across channels
Requirements
- 6–9+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Proven experience leading integrated, omni-channel campaigns
- Strong product marketing foundation (positioning, messaging, GTM)
- Experience directing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- Startup or high-growth experience strongly preferred
