About the role
- As an Account Executive at Go1, you'll play a critical role in spearheading our growth within the Mid Market space, focusing on the Northeast territory in the United States.
- You'll identify and engage with key decision-makers, understand their evolving training and development needs, and partner with them to design and implement customized learning solutions that address their unique challenges and drive strategic objectives.
- You'll be the trusted advisor to these organizations, building strong relationships and championing Go1 as their strategic, learning partner in talent development and workforce transformation.

Requirements
- You possess a genuine passion for learning and development.
- You have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally Saas/EdTech space.
- You’re coachable, curious, and commercially sharp — someone who takes initiative, thinks critically, and thrives on finding creative solutions.
- You balance confidence with humility, stay laser-focused on priorities, and manage your time with precision.
- You have a structured and proactive approach to outbound lead generation, allowing you to build your own pipeline.
- You have a true closing mindset and can build closing plans with forecast-proof outcomes & timelines.
- You have the tenacity and grit to win, like a true salesperson.
- You have a keen ability to understand strategic challenges and translate them into effective learning solutions.
- You excel at consultative selling and crafting tailored solutions.
- You are adept at building trust and rapport with senior decision-makers.
- You have exceptional communication and consultative presentation skills. People want to buy what you are selling.
- You’re self-sufficient and adaptable, comfortable working across global time zones where answers aren’t always instant.
- You know how to find information, stay accountable, and keep things moving — no matter where your teammates are.
- You have demonstrated operational excellence and are tech-savvy with CRM tools and software:
- Familiarity with the SPICED sales methodology framework is a plus.
