• Identify high‑impact resources that match client goals (e.g. learning objectives, language coverage, course length and style, etc.).
• Design learning paths that are tailored to support learners at different levels of proficiency.
• Support compliance with industry requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ISO, regulatory standards where applicable).
• Deliver content within agreed timelines while meeting quality benchmarks.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers to enhance client relationships and the delivery of learning solutions.
• Join client calls and meetings alongside CSMs to capture requirements and clarify objectives.
• Draft clear, professional follow-up emails that summarize discussions, next steps, and deadlines.

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed SDR team across the UK and the US
• Create clear performance expectations, career paths, and development plans
• Foster a high-trust, high-accountability culture in a fully remote environment
• Hire and onboard 2 to 3 US-based SDRs (to start, with room to grow), building a strong and diverse team
• Partner with Talent and Sales leadership to ensure consistent hiring quality
• Design onboarding that ramps reps quickly and sets them up for long-term success
• Own the SDR pipeline motion, ensuring consistent, high-quality pipeline generation
• Build and refine outbound processes, messaging, and cadences

• The Product Marketing Manager will join a small but highly impactful Product Marketing team and play a critical role in how Go1’s products are positioned, understood, and brought to market across Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
• This is a hands-on, execution-focused Product Marketing role designed for a PMM with solid foundational experience who thrives in close partnership with revenue and customer teams.
• You’ll translate product strategy and market insights into clear positioning, compelling narratives, and field-ready assets that directly support pipeline growth, customer adoption, renewals, and expansion.
