Customer Success Manager

• Manage a book of 45+ North American clients through onboarding, adoption growth, retention, and upselling
• Build strong client intimacy
• Work closely with a junior Government Success Manager to identify synergies and improve the approach to North American clients
• Act as a thought leader on public participation for civil servants through in-person workshops and training, remote video calls, and content such as guides and articles
• Collaborate with the North American Director and Head of Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy
• Expand the client base by providing expert input, presenting at webinars, and supporting sales
