About the role
- Initiate and implement creative talent attraction strategies using various technology platforms and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook and others);
- Source and recruit candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and social media;
- Manage all stages of recruitment for positions across the organization — full cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, selection, contract preparation, job offer, hiring and onboarding for warehouse employees and administrative staff; participate in various projects and activities within the Human Resources department;
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal clients by presenting top candidates and providing timely follow-ups;
- Enter and update candidate information in real time in the applicant tracking system (ATS);
- Create, improve and prepare various documents required for candidate hiring;
- Develop partnerships with training centers;
- Organize and participate in job fairs, open houses, etc.;
- Collaborate with the internal team on Employer Brand development;
- Promote the Employer Brand through social media, networking events, career days, etc.;
- Perform clerical tasks such as maintaining spreadsheets, issuing memos, filing, etc.;
- Other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Communications or another relevant field;
- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic or high-growth environment;
- Demonstrated creativity, initiative and agility in designing and deploying recruitment strategies;
- Excellent mastery of sourcing techniques and proactive recruitment approaches;
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (strong asset);
- Strong interest in and excellent ability to use new technologies applied to recruiting, including AI tools for sourcing, resume screening, candidate analysis and process optimization;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), notably SmartRecruiters, and with search tools such as LinkedIn and other social media;
- Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to improve performance and the candidate experience;
- Collaborative team player with a service-oriented, results-driven approach and strong internal partnership skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
- Bilingual (advanced French/English) required due to the organization’s national activities and the need for effective communication across regions.
