About the role
- Design and deploy strategic communication plans to support the organization’s projects and initiatives
- Create and distribute internal and external content (newsletters, intranet platforms, social media)
- Organize and coordinate events and internal committees
- Conduct a daily press review and monitor media coverage and the results of communication activities
- Advise and support internal teams on communication matters
- Manage budgets and vendors related to communication projects
- Lead multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring prioritization, follow-up, and high-quality deliverables
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar communications role
- Excellent writing skills in French
- Strong proficiency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 and graphic or video creation tools
- Knowledge of social media and content management platforms
- Ability to thrive in a demanding environment where accuracy and high-quality communications are essential
