About the role
- Manage **full-cycle accounting**: journal entries, month-end close, financial statements, budgets, analysis
- Oversee **daily operations**: AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations
- Support **financial reporting & budgeting** for business decisions
- Coordinate **year-end audits** and tax filings (US & Canada)
- Drive **continuous improvement**, automation, and best practices
Requirements
- CPA (or CA, CMA, CGA) with 10+ years’ experience in digital or high-growth companies
- Strong **NetSuite & Excel skills**
- Detail-oriented, autonomous, and proactive
- **Bilingual French/English OR English-only** (strong asset for bilingual)
- Passion for precision, compliance, and high-quality reporting
