About the role

  • Sprint facilitation: Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Team management: Support the development team by removing impediments.
  • Cross-team communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting: Monitor project performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress.
  • Training and coaching: Train and coach team members in Agile methodology.

Requirements

  • Degree in a related field (Computer Science, Project Management, etc.)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a software environment.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
