  • Lead modernization and integration projects for digital solutions and artificial intelligence, mobilizing multidisciplinary talent.
  • Define and implement an ambitious technology strategy aligned with business objectives and governance principles (security, ethics, efficiency, sustainability).
  • Assess feasibility and value of innovative projects, including those related to AI, automation and process optimization.
  • Guide digital transformation by developing research and development programs and proposing solutions related to development, security, and optimization of the technology estate.

  • Establish performance indicators, monitoring mechanisms, controls and effective, transparent reporting tools.
  • Ensure that data, systems, platforms and IT infrastructure are performant, secure and integrated from a compliance and sound risk management perspective.
  • Maintain constructive and transparent dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.
  • - **IT operations and security management**
  • Lead business continuity and crisis management strategy to minimize operational disruptions and ensure effective recovery in the event of a major incident.
  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations and major projects, ensuring budget adherence, timelines, service quality and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure stability, security and availability of critical systems through a continuous improvement approach.
  • Manage contractual relationships with strategic suppliers, including negotiation and contract monitoring.
  • Oversee annual planning and rigorous management of the budget for equipment and services related to information systems infrastructure, including third-party agreements.
