About the role
- Participate in the analysis of clients' accounting and financial management needs;
- Configure, customize, and implement Zoho Books and its integrations (Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, etc.);
- Configure accounting workflows (invoicing, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, taxes, etc.);
- Support clients in migrating their accounting data (QuickBooks, Acomba, Sage, etc.) to Zoho Books;
- Advise on business best practices related to accounting processes;
- Conduct technology assessments and propose automations related to finance/management functions;
- Document configurations and train end users;
- Work closely with the project team to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, engineering, or another related field
- Experience implementing accounting software or ERP systems, ideally Zoho Books
- Interest in consulting, client support, and change management
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
