About the role

  • Participate in the analysis of clients' accounting and financial management needs;
  • Configure, customize, and implement Zoho Books and its integrations (Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, etc.);
  • Configure accounting workflows (invoicing, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, taxes, etc.);
  • Support clients in migrating their accounting data (QuickBooks, Acomba, Sage, etc.) to Zoho Books;
  • Advise on business best practices related to accounting processes;
  • Conduct technology assessments and propose automations related to finance/management functions;
  • Document configurations and train end users;
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, engineering, or another related field
  • Experience implementing accounting software or ERP systems, ideally Zoho Books
  • Interest in consulting, client support, and change management
  • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken
