About the role
- Manage a Portfolio of 60 French Accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for all French clients
- Support Clients in WhatsApp Campaign Strategy
- Guide new customers through product setup
- Track account performance, usage, and adoption metrics
- Address customer questions and troubleshoot issues
- Help build or review WhatsApp campaign content
- Use AI tools to help clients
- Share customer feedback with the Product team
- Maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in French and English
- Software or Agency Experience with SaaS/Software company or Marketing/Advertising agency
- Marketing Expertise in Email marketing, SMS marketing, Retention strategies (Preferred)
- Comfortable advising clients on WhatsApp Campaign Strategy
- Familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT) is a plus
