About the role

  • Manage programs, processes, projects, training, procedures, and technology to accelerate revenue
  • Collaborate closely with sales, distribution, channel, marketing, and digital business teams
  • Analyze metrics to identify trends and execute programs that accelerate growth
  • Work with internal global stakeholders to influence Jabra’s digital technology stack
  • Create and deliver scalable sales programs that align with global initiatives
  • Assess program effectiveness and ensure incorporation of learned skills

Requirements

  • Education at Bachelor level within Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • MA or MBA preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience supporting B2B, B2C for inside and outside sales
  • 3-5 years in designing and implementing business continuous improvement processes
  • Proficiency with all MS 365 platform tools including CoPilot, Dynamics, PowerBI
  • Experience with sales technology tools such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoom Info
