About the role
- Manage programs, processes, projects, training, procedures, and technology to accelerate revenue
- Collaborate closely with sales, distribution, channel, marketing, and digital business teams
- Analyze metrics to identify trends and execute programs that accelerate growth
- Work with internal global stakeholders to influence Jabra’s digital technology stack
- Create and deliver scalable sales programs that align with global initiatives
- Assess program effectiveness and ensure incorporation of learned skills
Requirements
- Education at Bachelor level within Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field
- MA or MBA preferred
- 1 - 3 years of experience supporting B2B, B2C for inside and outside sales
- 3-5 years in designing and implementing business continuous improvement processes
- Proficiency with all MS 365 platform tools including CoPilot, Dynamics, PowerBI
- Experience with sales technology tools such as LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoom Info
