About the role

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets.
  • Own and manage the full P&L responsibility for the CEE region.
  • Build and execute quarterly business plans (QPM) with account- and category-level breakdowns, supported by SKU-level promotional and marketing alignment.
  • Conduct impactful product training sessions, new product introductions (NPIs), and presentations for key retail partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, including retailers, e-tailers, and distributors, through regular meetings, field visits, and follow-ups.
  • Analyze and forecast sales performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure continuous growth.
  • Monitor market dynamics and competitive activity, adjusting sales responses and strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional and EMEA Marketing teams to plan and execute local marketing initiatives.
  • Provide market intelligence on trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Represent SteelSeries at key industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings.
  • Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Ensure administrative excellence in managing sales targets, reporting, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in key account or sales management roles within gaming, consumer electronics, or related premium brand sectors.
  • Strong command of P&L management and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • In-depth understanding of the CEE market, including retail dynamics and consumer trends in gaming and electronics.
  • Advanced analytical and planning skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven business decision-making.
  • Demonstrated expertise in trade marketing and e-commerce operations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for gaming and esports culture.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Czech or another CEE language is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
