About the role

  • Assist as a high-level subject matter expert in the day-to-day tasks critical to the team's success
  • Focus on the support and implementation of managed file transfer services
  • Attend project meetings and assist in gathering and documenting infrastructure and security requirements
  • Maintain familiarity with compliance, regulatory and security requirements
  • Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
  • Work independently with attention to detail, organization, and self-starter mentality
  • Resolve conflicts between timeline, budget, and scope independently
  • Perform with a high level of expertise with limited supervision
  • Expertise in maintaining Service Now build/maintain and change queue
  • Assist other engineers, technical leads, and management with performance analysis, process improvement, task automation, and systems capacity planning

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience with data transmissions and managed file transfer required
  • Experience in dealing with multiple business units and a diverse employee population preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
