• The V&amp;V Test Engineer will ensure that test and V&amp;V efforts are aligned with safety goals, applicable standards and regulations, and safety-critical design requirements, while producing artifacts and documentation for such activities, and adhering to the Glydways quality-management process.
• The V&amp;V Test Engineer must ensure that test and V&amp;V efforts are aligned with product-deliver goals, and support the review, approval, and verification processes for system and product requirements.

• Third-Party Test Facilities: The V&amp;V Test Engineer will serve a role in scoping, creating, organizing, and executing vehicle-level electrical, mechanical, environmental, and dynamic test activities, in which Glydways leverages a remote test facility.
• Independent Safety Assessors and Engineering Consultants: The V&amp;V Test Engineer must be able to effectively interact and communicate with third-party engineering, project, and safety entities.

Verification and Validation Test Engineer

• Lead cross-functional program execution for complex vehicle and hardware systems, ensuring engineering deliverables, supply chain readiness, testing, and manufacturing align to cost, schedule, and quality targets.

• Championing of key market insights and the voice of the customer and product commercial representation.
• Ownership of the process and documentation to facilitate:
• Creation of product assets that combine both product rich information into easily consumed documentation
• That customer and market inputs have been identified, resolved into key project requirements, conduct research, and seek conceptual alignment with the product team.
