Shape the visual identity of the organization by creating compelling, on-brand visual content for digital and print media.
Design and produce high-quality visual materials for digital media, print, social media, and internal communications.
Develop graphics for marketing campaigns, patient education materials, infographics, presentations, and advertisements.
Create and maintain templates for recurring design needs to ensure consistency in branding.
Ensure all creative materials adhere to GluCare’s branding guidelines and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to refine visual identity.
Create engaging social media content, including animations, videos, and promotional posts; optimize assets for digital platforms.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce web-friendly graphics and multimedia content.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (clinical, marketing, operations) to understand design needs and deliver tailored solutions; participate in brainstorming sessions.
Liaise with external vendors for printing and production when needed.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies; gather feedback to refine and improve work.
Understands, follows and supports all hospital infection control programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or a related industry.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant software.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience in creating multimedia content, including video editing and basic animations, is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
