💰 £30,024 - £31,537 per year

About the role

  • Procure and contractually manage all the Council's contracted passenger transport
  • Coordinate investigations and prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders as and when required
  • Deliver training to service areas within the Council on the various types of transport we can procure on their behalf

Requirements

  • Proven track record of being very well organised
  • Experience of working in a busy team environment
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Proficient and accurate in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prepare and manage all contractual documentation for the transport provision
  • Confidence at public speaking and able to deliver training to large groups of people, in person or via TEAMS
  • Ability to find solutions and work to tight deadlines and targets
  • Flexible approach
  • Willingness to accompany Transport Engineers to site inspections as and when required
