About the role

  • Design the evolution of platform architecture for corporate management, including ERP, HCM, ServiceNow, financial systems, legal systems, and others;
  • Design the evolution of solution architecture for the Globo Employee Experience;
  • Design the evolution of the architecture for artistic talent and HR;
  • Map and continuously assess the vendor landscape and their associated technology solutions;
  • Track trends and turn them into opportunities to evolve the architecture;
  • Conduct technology assessments and benchmarks;
  • Build and evolve capability frameworks and reference architectures.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (meetings and presentations);
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education completed;
  • Solid experience with corporate platforms;
  • Previous experience in technology architecture.
