About the role

  • Ensure efficiency in commercial sales and provide consultative support to the advertising market throughout the entire purchasing journey;
  • Analyze and curate Globo's advertising business data;
  • Maintain relationships with the advertising market to keep system data up to date;
  • Provide consultative support to the sales force, assisting with business rules and CRM system best practices;
  • Analyze and record sales agreements and negotiations.

Requirements

  • Education: currently pursuing a university degree;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus);
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach;
  • Liaise with clients to update system data and provide support for simple inquiries;
  • Knowledge of linear and/or digital media (a plus);
  • Experience with CRM systems (a plus);
  • Previous experience in an advertising agency, linear and/or digital media outlets, commercial/sales area, and/or technology (a plus).
