About the role

  • Design and execute employer branding projects that increase Globo's employer brand attractiveness and make the pillars of our EVP tangible, seeking innovative solutions to attract and retain top talent;
  • Lead activation of our EVP pillars across content for social media and events;
  • Translate data and metrics into strategic recommendations by analyzing brand perception, digital engagement, and talent conversion to continuously optimize initiatives;
  • Explore Artificial Intelligence tools to streamline employer brand processes and develop innovative solutions;
  • Work collaboratively and build relationships with internal stakeholders (Internal Communications and Employee Engagement, Brand and Communications, HR Partners, and other HR subsystems) and external partners to ensure alignment and impact of initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Experience in employer branding, HR projects, corporate communications, or marketing;
  • Ability to interpret metrics and measure the impact of actions, with a focus on generating actionable insights;
  • Experience in project management;
  • Systems thinking;
  • Curiosity to test new technologies;
  • Knowledge of AI tools and solutions;
  • Enthusiasm and proactivity to develop innovative solutions;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas and projects;
  • Experience building AI agents.
