The Translation Manager oversees the team of translation project managers responsible for delivering translation projects.
The manager will oversee multiple language service integration projects, new client implementations of translation and localization services and support acquisition activities for GLOBO.
This critical role is accountable for the overall success of the translation portfolio, provides innovative solutions for GLOBO translation systems and processes, and helps cultivate future opportunities by maintaining a high level of program quality and customer loyalty.
This role works very closely with all GLOBO divisions and the GLOBO leadership team to successfully deliver translation projects.
The manager will be measured on the on-time delivery of quotes, projects and their ability to achieve an established project margin, among other metrics.
