About the role

  • Develop and implement territory-specific medical education plans aligned with area strategy and market development goals
  • Serve as the primary medical education liaison for assigned regions
  • Moderates medical education events by guiding discussions, engaging participants, and ensuring alignment with program goals
  • Collaborate with field team to identify educational gaps and opportunities
  • Design and deliver high-quality educational content for live and virtual programs
  • Partner with regional KOLs, clinical educators, and healthcare institutions to co-create and disseminate educational initiative
  • Lead regional KOL onboarding and development
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of regional education programs
  • Provide strategic insights to inform future educational initiatives

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, PhD required.
  • 4–6 years of experience in medical device education, sales, marketing, or clinical support.
  • Prior medical device industry experience is essential; experience with orthopedic/neurosurgeons and orthobiologics preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry and physician education.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with thought leaders.
  • Ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities under time constraints.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and with strong abilities to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate (both verbally and in writing) in individual and group situations.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
