About the role

  • Act as the first point of contact for new candidate leads
  • Contact applicants quickly (within 24 hours) to maximize conversion rates
  • Deliver a clear, engaging phone pitch introducing the company and opportunity
  • Conduct initial screening to assess candidates skill level
  • Move candidates efficiently through recruitment stages

Requirements

  • Fluent or strong professional-level German (essential)
  • Confident and persuasive communicator, especially over the phone
  • High energy and motivated — attitude matters more than years of experience
  • Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining enthusiasm across high call volumes
  • Organized and tech-savvy, with experience using HR systems or CRM tools
  • Able to work weekends as part of a high-speed recruitment model
  • Reliable remote setup with stable internet and ability to conduct frequent calls
  • Thrives in performance-driven environments where speed and conversion matter
