As HR Transformation Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that optimize and transform our HR function.
You will work closely with multinational teams to plan and execute projects and monitor steady-state success, ensuring the transformation aligns with our organizational objectives and delivers measurable value.
Work within the newly established Global Business Services (GBS) team as part of the HR service tower to advance the development of the GBS organization and deliver significant value globally, shaping the future Global Business Service strategy for ALDI South.
Plan, coordinate, and execute international projects with your team, focusing on delivery excellence and strong stakeholder management.
Lead HR transformation projects from initial rollout to steady-state operations, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the service lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior management inquiries.
Support project management for the rollout of new opportunities.
Coordinate and monitor related business cases and benefits tracking, analyzing the financial implications for the organization.
Implement service delivery monitoring, ensuring compliance with established quality assurance standards and reviewing performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Act as the primary contact to manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies related to HR service delivery to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor and report on KPIs related to HR processes, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
Prepare compelling presentations and decision materials for international management discussions and provide project updates and status reports to various stakeholders.
Requirements
Completed degree in HR, business administration, economics, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in at least one HR area or in project management in a leadership role.
Proven track record in transformation projects is an advantage.
Strong understanding of international project management; end-to-end knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
Experience in project and risk management and coordinating the execution of mitigation plans.
Demonstrated experience in organizational change projects with complex stakeholder structures and scope.
Experience managing external vendors and monitoring service delivery and performance against SLAs and KPIs at a contractual level is a plus.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and focus on execution.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a multinational, cross-functional environment.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
