As a GBS Consultant – HR Projects, you will manage and monitor HR transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to methodology, governance guidelines and timelines.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate effective communication and support project delivery.
Analyse processes and associated volumetrics in detail to inform strategic decisions.
Establish, analyse and monitor quality assurance standards and performance metrics to ensure project deliverables meet expectations and deliver sustainable value.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and drive value creation.
Create data-driven reports and compelling presentations for international senior management, and provide project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
Define and maintain the service portfolio.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in project management and project execution, including initial experience leading a workstream or sub-stream.
Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take strong initiative.
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, with a process-oriented approach.
Excellent communication skills, confident in collaborating across an international environment, including with senior management.
Prior experience in business consulting is an advantage.
Familiarity with HR processes is beneficial.
Fluent in English; additional proficiency in German is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel internationally (10%–20%).
