About the role

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Implement and monitor strategies to capture qualified leads according to criteria defined by the Marketing team.
  • Active Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential customers through channels such as email, phone, social media and WhatsApp.
  • Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop nurture flows and keep leads engaged until they are ready for a sales approach.
  • Marketing and Sales Alignment: Act as a bridge between the two teams, ensuring that generated leads are ready for conversion.
  • CRM Management: Record all interactions with leads, keep data organized and update contact statuses in the CRM.
  • Use of Automation Tools: Operate and optimize marketing and sales automation tools, including chatbots, email marketing platforms and social networks.
  • Execution of Scripts and Playbooks: Follow structured processes for outreach, qualification and handoff of leads to sales closers.
  • KPI Analysis: Monitor metrics such as conversion rate, response time and lead engagement to optimize processes.
  • Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities to improve lead acquisition strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Technologist degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related areas
  • Experience in lead generation and sales
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools
  • Fluent in English
