Lead functional design and configuration of IBM TRIRIGA solutions across modules such as Space & Move Management; Operations & Maintenance; Lease administration and Accounting; Capital Projects; Energy & Environmental Sustainability
Conduct business requirement workshops, gap analysis, and create functional specifications
Translate client business processes into TRIRIGA functionality and provide best practice recommendations
Guide the client on TRIRIGA capabilities, configurations, and workflows for their enterprise use cases
Oversee and validate TRIRIGA system configuration, data migration, and lead system testing
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper integration with ERP, HR, and financial systems
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities
Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants during project delivery
Ensure solutions align with Quantum Strides delivery standards and IBM TRIRIGA best practices
Requirements
7+ years of TRIRIGA functional consulting experience across multiple modules
Proven experience in TRIRIGA implementations, upgrades, and migrations
Strong expertise in Space & Move Management and Operations & Maintenance
Proficiency in developing functional documentation and business process flows
Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders for solution adoption and change management
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred: Experience with TRIRIGA integrations (Workday, ERP, GIS)
Preferred: Familiarity with IWMS best practices and industry standards
Preferred: Knowledge of MAS (Maximo Application Suite) and MREF integration
Preferred: Professional certifications (PMP, ITIL, IBM TRIRIGA)
