About the role

  • Lead large, complex programs across merchant portfolio acquisitions
  • Define the problem, scope, and delivery approach across full programs
  • Develop solution specifications and document current- state and future-state operating and platform models
  • Build and manage program plans (resources, budget, timeline, milestones)
  • Partner across a matrixed organization to structure work and provide direction to project teams
  • Define and document new end-to-end processes across functions
  • Maintain accountability to executive sponsors for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder relationships
  • Drive execution through implementation, production/BAU handoff, and outcome evaluation

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Relevant Experience or Degree in: Business, Finance, and IT
  • Typically Minimum 10+ Years Relevant Exp
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience within the Merchant acquiring industry
  • Experience with Project management tools and software
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with post M&A integration activities
  • Proven ability to lead and influence without direct authority
