About the role

  • Serve as the primary product owner for ACTIVE Refund, responsible for day-to-day product health, performance tracking, and operational consistency
  • Monitor adoption, conversion, refund outcomes, and revenue performance across event types and seasons
  • Produce recurring reports and summaries used by product, finance, and operations leadership
  • Act as a core member of the Commerce team, supporting implementation and maintenance work across commerce products, including ACTIVE Advantage
  • Contribute to the launch and upkeep of ACTIVE Advantage benefits, working with internal teams to ensure offerings are accurately represented and properly supported across systems

Requirements

  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, structured reporting, attention to data accuracy)
  • Ability to interpret trends and anomalies and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with basic product management workflows and tools (requirements, backlog support, cross-team coordination)
  • Experience with commerce systems, transactional add-ons, or protection-style products (nice to have)
  • Exposure to event registration platforms or high-volume checkout environments (nice to have)
