About the role
- Serve as the primary product owner for ACTIVE Refund, responsible for day-to-day product health, performance tracking, and operational consistency
- Monitor adoption, conversion, refund outcomes, and revenue performance across event types and seasons
- Produce recurring reports and summaries used by product, finance, and operations leadership
- Act as a core member of the Commerce team, supporting implementation and maintenance work across commerce products, including ACTIVE Advantage
- Contribute to the launch and upkeep of ACTIVE Advantage benefits, working with internal teams to ensure offerings are accurately represented and properly supported across systems
Requirements
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivots, formulas, structured reporting, attention to data accuracy)
- Ability to interpret trends and anomalies and explain them clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with basic product management workflows and tools (requirements, backlog support, cross-team coordination)
- Experience with commerce systems, transactional add-ons, or protection-style products (nice to have)
- Exposure to event registration platforms or high-volume checkout environments (nice to have)
