About the role
- Summary of This Role: Provides direction to product development and the overall process of the product and services function. Builds products and services from existing ideas and helps to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with customers and prospects. Increases profitability of existing products and services to develop new solutions which advance business objectives and client needs. Builds strong working relationships with marketing, sales, support staff, product development and vendors plus senior management and key customers.
- What Part Will You Play? Manage product launch strategies in accordance to the project playbook and primary measure(s); Serve as an active member of assigned Product Release Teams; Understand the scope and operational and systems requirements of cross-functional teams for launch; Work with operations leadership to identify project requirements; Recommend strategies, processes and solutions for operational impacts; Create operational process and workflow documentation; Work with sales leadership to create or facilitate needed materials for sales readiness; Supporting Utility Expense Mgmt and Resident Billing teams
- What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required; Experience in PropTech; Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
- Preferred Qualifications: software development environment or in a professional services role; software or IT background; direct experience with software development, testing and/or business analysis; Agile software products and delivery methodology

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in a related field
- Experience in PropTech - the use of technology and digital innovations in the real estate industry
- Experience in similar business product services and/or external customer/market experience
- Preferred Qualifications: software development environment or professional services; software or IT background (degree or experience); direct experience with software development, testing and/or business analysis; experience with Agile software products and delivery methodology
- Skills / Knowledge: seasoned professional with full understanding of area of specialization; able to resolve a wide range of issues creatively
- Job Complexity: works on problems of diverse scope; strong data analysis and judgment
- Networks with senior internal and external personnel in their own area of expertise
- Supervision: normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments
