Analyze business problems and work with software developers to create technical solutions in the areas of data warehousing, ETL development, business intelligence, reporting, and data exchanges with external partners.
Lead scrum ceremonies, project tasks, coordinating solution development.
Write requirements documents and create test cases for User Acceptance Testing.
Perform QA checks to ensure data accuracy.
Conduct end-user training for new functionality.
Requirements
Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a similar role is preferred; automotive credit/lending industry or experience in a professional, corporate environment is preferred
Experience in gathering business requirements required
Working knowledge of SQL and change management required
Experience in Agile/ Scrum methodologies required
Demonstrated competency in business analysis techniques such as process models, data flow diagrams, or other diagramming tools and models
Experience developing and implementing analytics databases in an IT organization
Experience with vendor negotiation and management including writing or modifying effective and protective SOWs preferred
Experience with data governance and enterprise data management preferred
Experience with modern data encryption standards and secure data exchange processes preferred
Demonstrated strong sense of ownership in the areas of responsibility with minimal direction in accomplishing business goals and objectives
Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex and/or technical ideas with business-friendly and user-friendly language
