About the role
- As an Infrastructure Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and monitoring of all desktop systems and client management systems.
- This position will be responsible for administrative functions within Microsoft Office 365, as well as ensuring that the GLS network infrastructure is monitored at all points and running at optimal performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field of study is required
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex situations to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly and tactful with the ability to influence others, effectively manage conflict, exercise sound judgment, effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information, and interact at all levels within the organization.
