About the role

  • Serve as the architect for GITI's next growth phase with CYBERCOM, DoD Service Cyber Components, and broader defense markets.
  • Personally identify, qualify, capture, and close new, high-value opportunities in Cyber, AI/ML Analytics, Cloud, and DevSecOps.
  • Execute GITI’s growth strategy, focusing on expanding footprint in USCYBERCOM and broader defense markets.
  • Take ownership of the identification, qualification, and aggressive capture of opportunities.
  • Directly responsible for securing a healthy, strategically aligned pipeline.
  • Work directly with technical SMEs to translate capabilities into solution concepts and value propositions that resonate with customers.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners to stay informed on evolving needs.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience successfully delivering growth.
  • Relevant experience supporting and securing funded opportunities (at least ~$75M) in Cyber, AI/ML, Cloud, DevSecOps, or Agile software development for DoD customers.
  • Background in capture management activities such as customer engagement, teaming discussions, solution shaping, and proposal support.
  • Understanding of the federal procurement lifecycle, including non-IDIQ, IDIQ, CSO, OTA, and task-order environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical leads, proposal teams, and industry partners to help shape competitive offerings.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across government and industry stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to advance opportunities while aligning with broader BD strategies and direction from the CGO.
