About the role

  • Serve as the primary owner of the organization’s public websites and marketing automation platforms, ensuring these technologies deliver optimal digital experiences and meet business objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute roadmaps to achieve objectives.
  • Providing guidance and oversight for the activation, maintenance, and support of all marketing technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, deliver, and continuously improve digital experiences across all marketing technology touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to launch new or enhanced marketing technology solutions, including testing, training, and communication strategies.
  • Work with marketing, IT, branch operations, Digital experience and other departments to understand needs, document requirements, and maintain a feedback loop for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends, evaluate new technologies, and analyze platform performance to inform recommendations and business decisions.
  • Maintain awareness of organizational initiatives, emerging technologies, and best practices relevant to marketing technology and digital experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record of successful marketing technology management, implementation, and optimization.
  • Experience with managing an enterprise-grade CMS, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing technology platforms and digital experience delivery.
  • Strong project management, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present recommendations and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and with external vendors.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable with change management and ambiguity.
  • Attention to detail, diplomacy, and ability to define requirements to meet business objectives.
