About the role

  • Ownership of the entire sales cycle – from the first conversation to closing, with a clear focus on highly qualified inbound leads (~90% inbound)
  • Conduct structured discovery calls to deeply analyze customer needs, decision criteria, and buying processes
  • Persuasively present and position the SaaS solution to senior stakeholders and executives
  • Efficiently drive deals forward, confidently handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and continuously close revenue
  • Clean pipeline management, reliable forecasting, and complete deal documentation in the CRM
  • Close collaboration with the founders and internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes, messaging, and the Ideal Customer Profile
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within inbound-driven accounts
  • Full ownership of revenue targets and consistent overachievement of sales quotas
  • Execute targeted, highly focused outbound activities when required

Requirements

  • Native-level German and business-fluent English
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales with a strong closing record. Bonus if experience in climate or sustainability technology.
  • Ability to close deals independently from day one – no ramp-up profiles
  • Solid experience in inbound sales and working with highly qualified leads
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets/quotas
  • Comfortable with numbers, OTE models, commissions, and performance KPIs
  • Highly performance- and results-oriented, competitive, and financially motivated
  • Experience in structured, CRM-driven sales environments with responsibility for strategic accounts and six-figure deal sizes
  • Strong negotiation skills and high composure when engaging with C-level decision makers
  • High degree of ownership, responsibility, and self-organization in a remote setup
  • Willingness to be measured on results — not on activity
  • Passion for sustainability and climate change, with a deep understanding of the related challenges and opportunities

  • €60,000 - €75,000 (base salary)
  • €75,000 - €90,000 OTE with 5% uncapped commission (no cap)
