Working Student – Sales & Growth

Account Executive

• Own the entire sales cycle — from the initial conversation to close, with a clear focus on highly qualified inbound leads (~90% inbound).
• Conduct structured discovery calls to deeply analyze customer needs, decision criteria, and buying processes.
• Confidently present and position the SaaS solution to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Drive deals efficiently, handle objections with ease, negotiate commercial terms, and consistently close revenue.
• Maintain clean pipeline management, reliable forecasting, and complete deal documentation in the CRM.
• Work closely with founders and internal stakeholders to optimize sales processes, messaging, and the ideal customer profile.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within inbound-driven accounts.
• Take full ownership of revenue targets and consistently overachieve sales quotas.
• Execute targeted, highly focused outbound activities when needed.

Senior Account Executive – SaaS Climate Impact

• Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales Cycle – vom Erstgespräch bis zum Abschluss, mit klarem Fokus auf hochqualifizierte Inbound-Leads (~90 % Inbound)

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Foundern und internen Stakeholdern zur Optimierung von Sales-Prozessen, Messaging und Ideal Customer Profile
• Identifikation von Upsell- und Expansion-Potenzialen innerhalb inbound-getriebener Accounts
• Volle Ownership für Umsatzziele und konsequente Übererfüllung von Sales-Quoten
• Umsetzung gezielter, stark fokussierter Outbound-Aktivitäten bei Bedarf

Backend Engineer

• Own the backend services (agents) for AI-driven PCF and CCF workflows
• Implement and evolve agent orchestration, evaluation and quality mechanisms (ML Ops)
• Set technical direction for AI-related backend systems together with the CTO and other senior engineers
• Translate product and domain requirements into robust technical solutions
• Ensure code quality and knowledge sharing through code reviews and collaboration
