• Own the backend services (agents) for AI-driven PCF and CCF workflows
• Implement and evolve agent orchestration, evaluation and quality mechanisms (ML Ops)

• As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive the initial stages of the sales process.
• Your goal is to build a strong sales funnel (customers and partnerships).
• You will initially be the only SDR for the DACH market and therefore enjoy many advantages (e.g., handling all inbound leads).
• You will work very closely with our management team to further refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify companies for potential strategic partnerships.

• Be involved daily in discussions around net-zero emissions, sustainability, and new technologies.
• Independently identify and contact potential customers and partners (via email, phone, social media, and at trade shows and events).
• Act as the central point of contact for all incoming inquiries.
• Develop your own sales strategy.
• Present our software solutions to decision-makers.
• Participate in various events and trade shows.

Sales Development Representative – Climate Tech, DACH

• Shape the backbone of our Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) module
• Backend architecture and domain modeling for the CCF module for Scope 1, 2 and 3, emission factor matching, calculation engines and reporting flows
• Scalability and performance of data-heavy workflows handling millions of activity data points across complex customer organisations
• Setting technical direction for the Rails codebase and its long-term evolution service boundaries, data model, API surface
• Technical excellence across the squad: clean code, deliberate test pyramid, thoughtful API design, disciplined handling of technical debt
• Knowledge exchange and code quality through reviews, pairing and architectural discussions that level up everyone around you

Senior Backend Engineer – Ruby on Rails

• Take full responsibility for supporting clients on carbon management (CCF, PCF, and Net-Zero Management) and generate ideas to improve and deepen long-term relationships
• Process sustainability and corporate data to prepare Corporate Carbon Footprints and validate the software outputs
