About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (frontline support), or perform online/offline content moderation
- Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Accurately record and update customer information in internal systems
- Deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Native-level or C2 proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken)
- Minimum B2 level in English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges professionally
- Basic technical skills
- Experience with social media (SoMe) platforms is considered an advantage.
