About the role
- Provide daily technical support by managing the HRIS ticket queue and assisting North American users with routine system inquiries and troubleshooting
- Assist the People Systems Specialist in auditing current system configurations and documenting requirements for future scalability and improvements
- Assist in the configuration and monitoring of Business Processes within HiBob to ensure HR workflows remain efficient and accurate.
- Provide administrative support for key People cycles, including annual Compensation Reviews and Performance management, through data preparation and system audits.
- Build and update standard reports and dashboards to provide leadership with accurate, timely People data.
- Conduct end-to-end testing for system updates and biannual HiBob releases to verify data integrity and compliance before go-live.
- Maintain up-to-date end-user guides and training materials to help employees and managers navigate HiBob effectively.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in an HRIS/People Systems role, preferably as an Analyst.
- Administrative experience with HiBob or a similar modern HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or UKG), including system configuration and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to build and interpret complex reports to deliver data-driven insights.
- A strong understanding of core HR concepts like HCM, Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Exceptional accountability regarding data integrity and system configuration accuracy.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
