About the role
- Build and update the company’s driver based long term financial model
- Provide department leaders with ongoing financial insights, analysis, and partnership on decisions to accelerate growth
- Own the management of Glia’s financial planning tool
- Help prepare materials for Board of Director meetings and executive meetings
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior experience in SaaS FP&A (or investment banking / consulting, etc)
- Strategic and creative problem solver ready to roll up their sleeves
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail coupled with an ability to see the bigger picture
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Experience using and managing a company’s financial planning software platform like Adaptive Insights, Pigment or Vena
- Extensive experience collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow (There will be a modeling test)
