• Manage both the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) overseeing applicant management, screening, and interview scheduling, while maintaining accurate digital records, assisting with data entry and reports, whilst maintaining all documentation is current in line with legislation, GDPR. Thus, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience by guiding individuals through the onboarding process and meticulously overseeing all pre-employment checks, including:
• DBS, references, right-to-work checks and ID documentation.
• Monitor and audit systems data.
• Actively be involved in the development and implementation of new systems.
• Directly liaise with our external systems providers, i.e DBS, Zinc, Indeed
• Logging systems spends i.e Indeed, Recruitment day events
• Preparation of data for the Managing Director and organisation on a monthly and Ad Hoc basis
• Update contracts in line with current employment law
• Provide former colleague references in line with company policies
• Support Managers with HR related issues
• Produce On-Call rota
