About the role
- Will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the restaurants' daily operations; anticipating potential issues and proposing continuous improvements;
- Will work directly on standardizing and protecting the Spoleto brand;
- Will act as a support to restaurants, franchisees and their teams, fostering a solid and trustworthy partnership;
- Will ensure and assist in maintaining the brand's quality and service processes;
- Will analyze operational and financial indicators, leading to improvements for the franchise.
Requirements
- Be based in Fortaleza or Salvador;
- Availability to travel by road (car) and by air;
- Availability to attend initial training outside your home region;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office;
- Experience in customer service and sales;
- Proactive, agile, solution-oriented, dynamic, committed, engaged, and possess strong interpersonal skills;
- No specific higher education degree required.
