About the role
- Analyze and monitor the operational routines of restaurants, anticipate potential issues and propose continuous improvements;
- Work directly on the standardization and protection of the Spoleto brand;
- Serve as a support for restaurants, franchisees and their teams, building a solid and reliable partnership;
- Ensure and help maintain the brand's quality and service processes;
- Carry out analyses of operational and financial indicators, resulting in improvements for both franchisees and the network.
Requirements
- Reside in Curitiba, Florianópolis or São Paulo;
- Availability to travel (by car and by air);
- Availability for initial training outside your area of residence;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Experience in customer service and sales;
- Proactive, agile, solution-oriented, dynamic, committed, engaged and with good interpersonal skills;
- No specific higher education degree required.
