About the role

  • Conduct regular visits to franchised stores according to a defined schedule;
  • Evaluate store operations (production, service, cleanliness, organization, and workflow);
  • Ensure correct application of the brand's operational and quality standards;
  • Monitor operational indicators such as service time, waste, CMV (Cost of Goods Sold - COGS) and team productivity;
  • Analyze basic financial results of the units (revenue, CMV/COGS, expenses and margin);
  • Support franchisees in reading and understanding the income statement (DRE);
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability;
  • Develop and monitor action plans with defined deadlines and owners;
  • Guide franchisees, managers and teams on operational best practices;
  • Support the implementation of new processes, products or network campaigns;
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with the franchisor’s internal areas;
  • Act as the franchisor’s focal point for the franchisees in your portfolio;
  • Maintain a close, professional and collaborative relationship;
  • Ensure alignment between brand guidelines and the reality of local operations;
  • Record and report demands, risks and opportunities identified in the field;
  • Prepare visit reports with a clear diagnosis and practical recommendations;
  • Update internal systems and tools with information from the units;
  • Share best practices and field learnings with the corporate team;
  • Support pilot projects and strategic initiatives across the network.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Gastronomy, Hospitality, Production Engineering or related fields;
  • Knowledge of the income statement (DRE), CMV (COGS), cost control, margin and operational indicators;
  • Previous experience as a field consultant, operations supervisor, restaurant manager or similar role;
  • Experience conducting operational visits and implementing action plans;
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial indicators;
  • Organizational skills to manage schedule, routes and visit reports;
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Excel/Google Sheets, presentations, POS/operational systems);
  • Availability for frequent travel;
  • Consultative profile, focused on coaching and developing franchisees;
  • Ability to influence without direct authority;
  • Clear, empathetic and assertive communication;
  • Organization, discipline and sense of priorities;
  • Ethical and professional conduct aligned with the brand culture;
  • Experience working with franchise networks.
