About the role

  • Responsible for the ongoing management of a portfolio of 40-50 transactions
  • Timely collection and analysis of financial statements
  • Interpretation of deal terms
  • Ongoing servicing of existing clients
  • Collaborate with other TMG members to progress understanding of complex transactions

Requirements

  • Ongoing management of a portfolio of syndicated loans
  • Ongoing review of syndicated loan and supporting finance & security documentation
  • Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements
  • Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes
  • Facilitating obligor accessions
  • Shadow senior team member on complex transactions
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with clients and other market participants
  • Coordinate efficient completion of GLAS’s KYC processes for new obligors
  • Attendance at client meetings and industry conferences
